Yes, until the physician who prescribed it advises otherwise. Telmisartan is for Blood pressure control and Aspirin (75) is used to lower the risk of heart attack and clot-related strokes.

Your blood pressure is quite high despite taking telpil (40) od. You should at least get some investigations to rule out secondary complications of hypertension in form of cbc, rft, rbs, lipid profile, ecg, echo, fundus examination. Hi.
Metosartan is a combination of Telmisartan and metoprolol.
Nebicard is a medicine which belong to same drug class as metoprolol. Taking both is not suggested.
So you should not start nebicard and continue with Metosartan in the morning and Telmisartan in evening.

I personally do not prefer tab telma d.as causes lowering of serum sodium level in long term. So change it with medications like telmisartan and cilnidipine. Sgot just borderline high. Don't worry about it. Do a usg whole abdomen if possible.

since you are on tripple combination and telista ch already purchased separate 5 mg amlodepine can be taken along with telistach. Since contain diuretic with telmisartan can be taken in the morning along with amlodepine. This three medicine include different class given in uncontrolled hypertension. Since you are 72 years ocasional andsodium and potassium and may be tested. This combination are relatively safe drugs.
