Take it at a fixed time everyday. Early morning is a good time to take it, so yes you can take it before you go for exercise.

Hi. I am taking Telma 80 AM since two weeks and now my blood pressure decreased to 66 to 110. Can I back the tablet and take half of Telma? Division of Tablet is not pro problem?

Telma Am has two medicines in it, maybe you need one of these not two. See your doctor and get it adjusted as per your BP requirements.

Hello asabdullah, since telma is a long acting drug, od dose (once a day) is preferred rather than twice a day. So 80 mg once is better than 40 mg twice. Usually first 40 mg once a day is started (provided renal function tests are normal) and if bp not controlled, then can escalate the dose to 80 mg once a day. Also concentrate on diet and lifestyle modifications.

140 not too bad. will she accept telma 80? It is not as strong as telma CT, but is more effective than 40.
or you could wait and watch till it rises to over 145

Dear Lybrateuser,
- Your BP is under control due to medication
- also you have to follow a strict diet & exercise regimen
- it is advisable to consult your treating physician before you make any changes in your medicine schedule as there are always chances of the BP shooting up again.

Hello, antihypertensive medication usually continued life long and stoping them may cause relapse however if you stop them then do exercise and good diet control
and follow up with your nearest doctor.

Well brown marks can be freckles or melasma or lentigenes. Tri o bloc certainly reduces severity but whether it will clear it completely, depends on the severity of your lesions and sun exposure. What else are you using now?
