No medicine required if bp below 140. Your present tablet contains 2 different bp medicines. Check your bp monthly on fixed dates after resting for 10 minutes. If it is invariably above 140, medicine is required. Ask your Dr. about alternative tablet with single chemical, avoid combination for mild hypertension, required only for severe cases.

As you mantion that you have diabetes and other problems along with hypertension. So in this case particular medicine of hypertension like sbl no. 4 is not sufficient or give you proper comfort and relieve. It is not good to switch between 2 classes of drugs. Moreover any drug will take a few days to fully have its effect. A dose adjustment of the same drug is better if required. If the drugs have been recently started please keep a daily chart so dose can be modified accordingly. Do reach out with more details.
