You can take the Telmikind tablet instead of Telmicine as the generic constituent in both is same I.e. Telmisartan. Thank you.

Yes valsartan can be used in the place of telmisartan.
It's available in strengths of 80 mg /160 mg.
I recommend 80 mg to start with.
