My blood pressure is 135/85. I am taking telma am in the morning. As suggested by you, I have started maharishi ayurveda cardimap but not sure, how many tablets should I take in a day and when can I stop telma am?

Hello, antihypertensive medication usually continued life long and stoping them may cause relapse however if you stop them then do exercise and good diet control
and follow up with your nearest doctor.

He was taking the medicine telma 40 but a year ago my father blood pressure was fluctuating then doctor recommended him to take the telma 80 instead of telma 40 on regular basis. Right now I just want to know that can he reduce his dose from again from telma 80 to telma 40? Please advise.

You can take the Telmikind tablet instead of Telmicine as the generic constituent in both is same I.e. Telmisartan. Thank you.

I am 47 years old, using telmikind am since 2 years. I am running out my stock of telmisartan 40 mg+ amlodipine 5 mg as a single tablet. In my current location this combination is not available. Can I use valsartan 50 mg and amlodipine 5 which available as separate pills.

Yes valsartan can be used in the place of telmisartan.
It's available in strengths of 80 mg /160 mg.
I recommend 80 mg to start with.

both have telmisartan but first has hydrochlorthiazide and
second has amlodipine send bp reading.

Now your bp is controlled with telmisartan and what is he need for another dug. Hamdard asraufin can bring down bp along with other effects on the body and medically is not approved. You may or may not take it at your own decision or risk.
