Elevated lmh levels along with diabetes need to be attended to by a specialist only. Go to an endocrinologist plus gynecologist.

Yes it is normal.
In pcod ovulation- release of an ovum is deranged because of hormonal changes. So long time different trials are required to treat same so with patience continue consulting gynecologist or infertility specialist in whom you have trust.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
As anti-mullerian hormone naturally decreases with age, many women wishing to get pregnant at 40 may wish to increase their amh in order to boost fertility. However, as amh is a result of the number of developing eggs in the ovary, there is no amh diet or formula which can help this.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

It is in normal range.
No specific way to increase same but any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.
