Dear Ms. lybrate-user,
Thanks for your enquiry.
Check for your other hormonal analysis and go for Follicular Study and take medicines to improve your ovarian reserve.

Low AMH levels are generally considered to be an indicator of a low ovarian reserve. It is quite normal for a woman's AMH levels to decline as she gets older, and in younger women this may be a sign of premature loss of fertility. Low AMH fertility treatment could consist of IVF together with hormone treatment.

With low AMH lower chances of pregnancy but not 0 chance.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for long time.

Your AMH is quite low. No medicines bring drastic change in AMH. You could still try with tab containing DHEAS.
But IVF would be a better option.
