Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...
My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..
