R2-10 is antilipid tablet..
While Telmisartan is Antihypertensive...so both are different medicines...

My advise is to start her on homoeoapthic treatment otherwise the dose of telmisartan will go on increasing and she have to take more than one tablet as they are no curing hypertension ever.. they just control it..

You should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in anal passage 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night.
