Hello lybrate-user
l montus is levocetrizine and montelukast. Allegra m is fexofenadine and montelukast vitaresp fx is also montelukast and fexofanadine
all these are essentially anti allergic medicines. But the dosage and which one to use can be decided only by the physician depending on your symptoms. Hope that helps. Never take any medication without consulting a relevant physician.

Dear lybrate-user,
It is less likely that broken telekast will cause palpitations, but rarely it may occur in some patients. Today is march 17, if you are still having palpitations you should see a doctor because some other conditions like infections etc may be responsible for palpitations. Whatever may be the cause if you are still having palpitations from time top time please see a physician.

Dear lybrate-user
the you are taking are steroids they are given for a very short period if you taking them regularly they damage your vital organs & will effect negatively on your immune system. Instead you can take homoeopathic treatment which is safe & effective in your case.

Tremors cab be because of many reasons. What medicine are u using for this. Bronchodilators, which are commonly used in the treatment of conditions such as asthma, can also cause tremors.
Caffeine is a stimulant that can also cause you to have tremors or can worsen existing tremors.

Black cuogh is due to occupational/environmental pollution and smoking. If there is no post nasal drip/rhinitis, allegra/telekastf wont work.
