Hello. I went through your query.
I suggest you to-
keep the infected area clean and dry. Don't scratch the affected areas because this could spread the infection to other parts of your body
ringworm usually disappear with allopathic creams but recurr after you stop using it. So I advise you to take homoeopathic treatment to cure permanently. No chance of recurrence. No side effects. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Terbinafine tablet is fda category b drug ,it should be taken during pregnancy only if it's benefits outweigh it's risks.
It'll be better if you use terbinafine cream locally instead of tablets.

Hi. You will need prescription medicines orally and to be applied topically. For steroid induced damage it will take months to years also to get normal. But first thing is to control the fungal infection. Send me a pic on personal chat and I will be able to diagnose and prescribe medicines accordingly.
