Hello.
From all what you have said it seems you are suffering from Constipation. Constipation otherwise is not a disease but its a symptom due to underlying problem. I can simply due to eating habbits.
Here I suggest you to Include Salad in your Diet, Drink Plenty of water, Have leasure walk of 30 mins daily. Make all this a habbit.
You ll feel better. But it your problem won't go away then I need to see detail of your problem so that I can help you in better way.
