You can add additional 40mg of plain Tazloc in the morning to start with and monitor the BP.
Reduce salt in diet and do regular exercise.

The values of blood glucose mentioned show that diabetes is fairly controlled. Ideally fasting should be <100 mg, PP 160 to 170 mg & HbA1c%<7. As regards BP systolic should be a bit lower, closer to 130 mm. And diastolic closer to 80 mm. TGL level is high.
