Dear in hypertension all drugs are equal. Dear the drug which decreases b.p. Is the best. Both telmi and azilsartan can be effective accordingly.

See if you suddenly reduce the dose of the medicine, it may have the adverse effect it may affect heart also so do not do that we have to tapper the medicines ok.

It is not good to switch between 2 classes of drugs. Moreover any drug will take a few days to fully have its effect. A dose adjustment of the same drug is better if required.
