Dear lybrate-user I can see you have been diagnosed with hypertension since 2 years ,based on the value you have sent your blood pressure is low I would suggest to check 4 to 5 times in a day so that your dose can be reduce.

Reduce dose to 20 mg once a day. If bp is normal you can stop it. Go for walk daily and less salt.

Do not stop it suddenly. Lifestyle modification and diet control. Make it 20 mg once aday for 15 days and if bp is normal, stop it.

Are you suffering from dry mouth? the bpmedication could alter the salivary flow so increasing halitosis or bad smell. Other cause could be due to gastro intestina/ acidity. Avoid fried, fatty, oily, cheesy, buttery, spicy foods. Take lot of fluids, water, coconut water, limewater, fresh fruit juices, buttermilk, avoid soda and carbonated drinks. You need to change of medications the AM part of matolar AM. Can cause swelling of the foot.
