Ask if you r not taking medicines what r the side effects of bp.
Any doctor or non medico if having bp have to take medicine without miss a dose.
Bp must be in control.

Sounds ok. Measure bp once every month on fixed dates after resting for ten minutes. Keep itbbeliw 140 systolic.
Rft sugar and ecg may be done as 'routine tests' annually. Good luck.

unless bp below 100 /80 mm hg no worry also if nò chakkar giddiness vertigo no need to worry
but with above complaìnts or if no is less than 100 / 60 mm.
in this case reduce dose of telvas to 20 mg.and give some fruit juìce alone
and make him lie down till ok.
