Milk lumps are galactoceles, which are collections of accumulated milk. It is quite common during Breast feeding. If it is very painful or enlarging in size, better to see a breast surgeon, who would examine you to confirm that it is a galactoceles and not an abscess or cyst. You need to give more details like her age, her hemoglobin level, her blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Then only something definite can be commented. Presently she is being treated for some infection ( even though you say she is not having fever ), vitamins, anti pyertics etc. You must give more details to get a definite diagnosis. Take foracort 400 mdi 2 puffs twice/day with zerostat spacer, asthalin inhalation only rarely, definitely not regularly. Avoid taking betamethasone which might be causing red spot and face swelling. Joint pain can be due to osteopenia. Take vit d and calcium regularly.

You should avoid unnecessary medication during pregnancy unless it is absolutely indicated. I do not understand why she has been put on tab. Cefixime unless she has some localising symptoms suggestive of infection somewhere in the the body. The short febrile illness of 3 days duration looks like viral in nature unless there are some localing signs & symptoms and just give tab paracetamol 500 mg as & when required if fever goes up > 100.5 degree celsius.
