I am married and trying to conceive baby since 1 year .recently (20 june) I consulted gyno and she prescribed m2tone and cefixime .after having it .i got positive hcg (5 july) and later I got miscarriage (19 july). So now (august) once again can I take same medicine this month?

No cefixime is antibiotic after miscarriage wait for 3 months to conceive get your baseline investigation done like sugar, thyroid and cbc. Start taking folic acid don't worry.

I have viral pneumonia (covid 19 pattern (co-rads 5) less than 5% involvement of lungs that is given in super scan report on dated 13/7/20. Then after I taken medicines maxson vc 625, hcqs 200, zathrin 500, vitamin c tablet. Then after I taken 3 follow up x-ray chest pa in which written #28; resolving pneumonitis in bilateral lower zone paracardiac region likely as compared with previous x-ray dated 22/7/20, resolution noted in the status of lesion#29;. But the issue is I have still fever comes and out in day and night. I have also some cough. My oxygen level between 97-99 and heart beat between 67- 85. Today it#25;s a 25th day from start of medicines. Currently my medicine is zifi o (cefixime and ofloxacin tablets). My crp status from blood report as follows date 13/7/20 18.1 date 22/7/20 8.1 date 26/7/20 13 date 31/7/20 7.9 date 07/8/20 10 kindly consult me #28;what other treatment required? How soon I get recovered? #28;what other medicines I required for recovery?

It is better to get urine culture and sensitivity test and take antibiotics accordingly to prevent recurrent infections. Also please check your blood sugar level.

Hi Doctor, I have white spots at the back of throat. I was diagnosed with Chlamydia two months ago and was prescribed with doxycycline, I completed the 7 days course and again I followed the process after 1 week since I was feeling burning sensation under scrotum. I do not have any other symptoms of Chlamydia, but this throat condition is bothering me. I've been taking zifi 200 mg from last 4 days. The throat doesn't pain. Please suggest me if I should do other STD tests and how to cure this.

you should get hiv, hbsag, vdrl tests done also. You can continue zifi course for another 7 days and repeat the culture.

Hello lybrate-user, your mother is having discharge or abnormal bleeding? If she is having abnormal bleeding then tranexamic acid is given and if not relieved go for d and c to find. Cause of abnormal bleeding. But if she is having only discharge then she need examination and antibiotics.

I have allergy I feel swelling in my throat it increases when I walk on street and dust particles came in touch with me where there is chemical work performed when I go there my whole throat swelling and my jaw got stiffed. I had lever problem and lever enzymes were increased, and uric acid was 8 levels now everything came at normal value. I had NAFL, now I reduced my weight by 8 KG. But this allergy is visible now It was considered that Chest stiffness and food reaction is associated liver problem and uric acid problem but as now it is in normal value Now I feel that it is an allergy. My doctor Gave me Zifi 200 and Montair LC but This happens and my throat got stiffen and heaviness feeling in head. I am taking Nexpro RD 40 alternate day and ambulax two times a day. And levocet at night injection Trinerasoule HV once a week But throat problem is still same. Please suggest me some medicine so that I will be healthy thanks.
