tranostat mf is a combination mefenamic acid and tranexamic acid.
It helps to control the bleeding whether it is due to pcos or fibroid.

It is only helpful to reduce the amount of bleeding in cases of heavy bleeding.
In case you are suffering from heavy menstrual flow, I would suggest that you use it not more than three times a day, and for a maximum of (4-5) days, not more than ...more

Hope you are taking medicines after a proper medical check up by a doctor. Try to follow a healthy lifestyle (eat more fruits and vegetables) which will improve your overall health including your constipation. Yoga and pranayam are also very beneficial if done consistently. Taking Homeopathy can also be a very good option as it is safe and without any side-effects. You can contact me for further details about holistic approach towards health and Homeopathy.

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. Mr. Lybrate-user, the tablet mentioned has 4 mg of glimiperide and 1000 mg metformin. This is a high dose particularly if some one is starting the treatment. Plus dose is also dependent on blood sugar levels both fasting and pp. Plus hba1c%. So I need to know that before guiding regarding whether to take that tablet or not. Thanks.

Yes you can take both. However it’s best to get tested for COVID-19 and revisit your prescription for any changes.
