Asked for male, 38 years old from Guwahati

I am a 35 year old male. I have been suffering from boils in my anus for the past one year. It will heal itself or on medication after one week or so but keeps coming back after two months or so, a few centimeters away from the first one. It is very painful. The local doctor prescribed an antibiotics for it fixime *0. I have discontinued after taking six tablets. What should I do?

Recurrent anal boils is to be investigated further. I advise you to take medicated sitz bath (sitting in lukewarm tub of water for 10-15 min three-four times daily) please consult a doctor for thorough investigation.

If the child start feeding poorly or becomes sluggish please hospitalise the infant.
Feed the baby frequently.

No details of duration or other complaints. If fever is for more than 3-4 days. She should be shown at fever clinic for examination and some investigations. Doctors will decide whether covi 19 related tests are necessary or not.
