I am Suffering from sore throat for the last three days. Little cold and sometimes fever also. Voice 70percent choked. Difficulty is speaking. Pl suggest medicines. Can I eat taxim o 200, cefixime tabs? any side effects? pl advise.

You have a resistant type of infection and need detailed check up .The consumption of this antibiotics will not create any problem in future as it will be metabolised and excreted

Take azithromycin 500 mg. Start with 2 tab mean 1000 mg once on first day. Then 500 mg once daily for 7 days along with Taxim o. U need two drugs together for 7 days. Take plenty of water and ors.

Taxim contains cefixime which is not a good choice for skin infections. Ideally culture and sensitivity of the pus should determine the choice of antibiotic. You must visit a registered dermatologist in your area who will ascertain the diagnosis and treat emperically based on local bacterial resistance pattern till culture reports ate available.

Dear , you are on right track but stop uriliser as it should not be given with ofloxacin. If your symptoms have gone then stop urispas after 5 days but continue taxim-of for at least 15 days and check urine. You have to give time for the medicines to work it takes time to get better.

It may give you some relief. But this alone can not heal your fissure problem completely. There is a specific procedure in Ayurveda i.e. Kshar Karma indicated for permanent healing of Anal Fissure. For further support you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

These drugs are ideally not advised during pregnancy though do not come in way for coceiving. Treating fever is also important so best is meet doctor who can examine you, knows that you are trying to conceive so balancing both advantages and disadvantages advises you

Antibiotics should not be misused as it can lead to antibiotic resistance. 3 year old with on and off stomach pain may be due to mesenteric lymphadenopathy. Can take syears drotin sos if severe crampy unbearable pain after consulting your pediatrician. Functional gastrointestinal diseases are a common differential diagnosis. Can give 3 to 5 days probiotics.

Yes it is safe .......but u should be more concerned about the causes of infection....take plenty of water and fruits...... avoid comman washroom and take care about personal hygeine.
