Azithromycin has been used to treat primary and secondary syphilis and as prophylaxis for sexual partners.
A single injection of long-acting benzathine penicillin g can cure the early stages of syphilis. This includes primary, secondary, or early latent syphilis. Cdc recommends three doses of long-acting benzathine penicillin g at weekly intervals for late latent syphilis or latent syphilis of unknown duration.

There can be many causes of urinary incontinence, only one of which is urinary tract infection. My suggestion would be not to continue Taxim-O any further. Instead try and search for the cause of the incontinence. A lower abdomen usg should be helpful for that. Contact me anytime if you need my help.

You should get your urine culture and sensitivity done and take antibiotics according to the report.
If you have got your urine culture and sensitivity and taxim -o is sensitive to bacterial growth then take it twice daily for 10 days.

Two years ago, On September 5th 2015 I had protected sex with a Prostitute. She had put on me two condoms. I tried to have sex with her, I just put my penis in her vagina 10_15 times, but somehow I ended up masturbating with my own hand (& my other hands palm on her vagina) with the condom on. I am uncircumcised male. After masturbating I just removed the condom & I might have had touched the foreskin of my penis. I tested for Hiv hbv and vdrl & all of them were negative. I had itching on foreskin of my penis a week back i.e 2017 Sept. My doctor said it was thrush. There are no Chlamydia & Gonorrhea testing in my city or near my City. In two years I have not noticed any Thick Discharge from my penis, except the semen after I masturbate. I have not felt any noticeable pain while urinating. Recently I had watery white discharge from my penis (i don't know it is due to thrush, masturbation or sti). I am afraid I have gonorrhea or chlamydia which might have stayed dormant for 2 years without symptoms. Should I take treatment for them (i have read Azithromycin 1g & Cefixime 400 mg) without testing, as there are no testing centers here. Please help & what will Happen if I take the treatment without any infection when im perfectly fine. Please help.

What you are describing is vague. It is not advisable to take empirical treatment for STDs. You may become resistant. It can not be thrush, if you are HIV negative and diabetes negative.
