Milk lumps are galactoceles, which are collections of accumulated milk. It is quite common during Breast feeding. If it is very painful or enlarging in size, better to see a breast surgeon, who would examine you to confirm that it is a galactoceles and not an abscess or cyst. There can be many causes of urinary incontinence, only one of which is urinary tract infection. My suggestion would be not to continue Taxim-O any further.
