If baby is active, taking exclusive breast milk, wt is about 6 kg and motion is not watery, I do not think he requires any medicine other wise in 5 days, he could have become sever dehydrated requiring hospitalization. Keep him on exclusive breast feed. In any case it is advisable to consult pediatrician.

Profuse watery stools are signs of viral diahrrea.
Antibiotics should not have been prescribed to your child.
Viral diahrrea are self limiting hence if baby is active playing well and urine output is good then no need to worry about diahrrea.
It will stop. I would suggest give max ors.
