Good evening lybrate-user.
The drugs you have mentioned that are used as pep or post exposure prophylaxis are currently outdated. As the drug efavirenz 600 you have mentioned has been the essential first line drug in hiv infected for past 20 years. Hello.
To answer your 2 different concerns pl (without knowing why you have been prescribed budesonide for lung? Long term or short term use?).
Budesonide and arvs- since you are using darunavir/ritonavir combo along with budesonide, it would be advisable to avoid budesonide use as its level may get increased, be it in any form, inhaler or spray, by ritonavir.
The preferred alternative is beclamethasone.

This fluid coming out is semen .Semen, also known as seminal fluid, is an organic fluid that contains sperms. It is secreted by the sexual glands.
Semen coming out at night is also called Night fall or Nocturnal emission or Wet dreams.
Do not be tensed about this issue. It is normal at your age. It is not an illness but a natural phenomenon by which old sperms come out and make space for new sperms.
New sperms are produced continuously in our body by pushing away the older ones.

Dear sir, your BP seems to be uncontrolled with your current medicine. Apart from increasing the dose or adding another one you need do follow strict diet and exercise which should be at least half an hour of walking. Please avoid added salt and salt rich foods. Do yoga/ relaxation, sleep adequately and avoid stress and anxiety. I hope you have checked your cholesterol, blood sugar and renal function and they are fine. Hope you to do well with my advice. Thank you.
