At first I told, you, tsh hormone is that hormone which stimulate thyroid to secretion of t3 & t4 hormones. If she is suffering from the hiv then definitely has a risk of tranmission of hiv. If she is not suffering then definitely not. If you r not sure and she is not known to you you can take medicines to prevent hiv. Tablets tenofovir and emtricitabine when taken consistently, it reduces the risk of hiv infection in people who are at high risk by up to 92%. You can do the test after 3 months of act and if still not sure then repeat again after 3 months.
