Hi Dr, I'v been taking telmisartan winthrop tablet 80 mg for the past 2 years. Now the hospital has given me this new one teleact 80 mg. How safe is it. Should I take it or stick to the previous one please.

Yes. You can use telma h instead. Both are same medications from different brands. Dosage should be cross checked while using.
