Hello lybrate-user.
As you have suggested that you have pcod then you should take proper homoeopathic treatment to cure the cause of absent menses.
Taking hormonal pills to bring menses may bring it this time but cause many other side effects.
You can consult me at Lybrate.
Till then take
pulsatilla 1m thrice.

I can understand your situation. Its wrong to use tramadol HCL for such a long duration. You have to undergo detoxification under some experienced psychiatrist of this field. Only after detoxification we can decide whether you should put on drug free condition, antagonist or agonist maintenance. So do consult.

As I don't know the full history and the nature and origin of pain, its difficult to suggest accurate treatment. Two suggestions, 1. See the dr, who is treating lung cancer or he may refer her to pain clinic, 2. If the cancer has spread to the bone then zolendronic acid once a month, and if its due to local disease, then pregabalin or prothiadine.
