Hi you can apply orasep gel on the ulcer three times a day. Along with that you can also take tab folvite. Mouth ulcers usually happen because of deficiency of folic acid. Hence folvite will prove beneficial.

Just know that smoking not on;y aggravates gum disease, it can cause it in the first place. There is such a thing as nicotine stomatitis.
