Are you taking these with regular psychiatrist review, or on your own. As these come under medications which require regular review for side effects, resistance and other issues. Kindly consult a nearby psychiatrist and get it revised. Clonazepam 1 mg for long can produce severe long term issues like brain shrinkage, cognitive deficits, personality changes etc.

All these antidepressants take 2-3 weeks to start action on your mood. They lift the mood at a particular dose. Doctors always start with low dose so that you can tolerate them better. Hi,
clomipramine is known to cause dry mouth, drowsiness and sexual dysfunction. Clonazepam might be having an additive effect on drowsiness. You should discuss with your psychiatrist to consider decreasing the dose of clomipramine and gradually tapering off clonazepam, it might help, if it doesn't then you will have to stop clomipramine.
