You should do both. If you are averse to taking medication, you can try therapy first and then if the therapy requires support via medication, then you can do both at that time too. I don’t know if you are fully aware: you have mentioned that you are suffering from anxiety, which in itself can disturb your sleep. it's not a good practice to stop the medications abruptly, without your psychiatrist's advice. Your symptoms may be reappearing in a few weeks. The medicines you are on are supposed to be taken for a long time and if your doctor thinks to stop them, the dosages will be tapered systematically. Better consult your psychiatrist.
