It is generally not used as first line of treatment.
Hypertension at 22 years also needs detailed investigations to find out secondary etiologies
if not done you should have creatinine, electrolytes, usg abdomen with renal doppler done. Also get bp checked in both arms and legs.
You can start taking telmisaratan with chlorthalidone 40/6.25 once a day and increase to 80 mg if necessary.

If your current tsh level is 0.41 you do not need to increase thyronorm. Weight gain may be related some other factors.

Hi. Hysterectomy and back pain doesn't overlap.
It's not the reason.
Initially try physiotherapy and a muscle relaxant tablet (might be some spasm to muscle) if it doesn't give pain relief go for an MRI lumbar spine and whole spine screening. It will indicate if there is some disc bulge that causing pain.
