Hi Deepti, folic acid should be taken from 3 months prior to your planning of pregnancy till 3 months after delivery. Anaemia, few anomalies of baby can be prevented.

There is no side effect of folic acid. Just do pregnent test and rule out pregnancy and then take advise of gynecologist.

Out of two Vitaggreat is bette, still better will be combination of Folic acid or Methyl folate with DHA

Yes you can. At 5 months post delivery, you need not take iron anymore. Just continue calcium until you breastfeed.

Hi,
as both contains folic acid as a main composition, you can take either of them. But, do check the rest of the components as well as the strength (one is in milligrams and other is in micrograms)!

see I know you do not want to go outside but you need to do sonography first.
Also start tab. Mcbm 69/folvite/folinal (any one) as folic acid medication which you have to take early morning after breakfast
if you have any symptoms like nausea vomiting
start tab. Doxinate once daily.
