If the vaginal discharge is mild without any pain or itching, or foul smelling, don't worry about it. There are many causes for lower abdominal pain & lower back pain.
Mild pains will subside by itself. Otherwise need to consult in person.

Such problems recur in many people. Infections or allergies come back if you do not take steps to prevent it. Example, rubbing with soap, wearing tight/synthetic clothing/sun exposure/sweating etc can cause the recurrence of a skin infection.
Start the same medication and take steps to prevent the infection.

Ringworm or Tinea infections, are a fungal skin disease. A family of fungi called dermatophytes causes these infections which might occur anywhere on the body, typically the arms, legs, neck, groin, scalp, hair, nails or beard. The fungi survive on the dead skin cells or keratin and rarely invade the deeper membranes and tissues.
However, many ringworm (or Tinea) infections often recur and the usual medicines simply do not help the patient.

Hello
don't be afraid. Any antibiotic has have negative affect on your body. As far as baby is concerned I would suggest not to think much, and start taking supplements for 1st trimester.
Consult a gynaecologist regards.
