Your blood sugar should be controlled with medicine, exercise and diet. Itching in thighs are probably due to fungal infection but other causes may be there so you should consult with consultant dermatologist. Keep area clean and dry and apply appropriate medicine prescribe by your dermatologist.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, Your condition seems to be deep-seated and because of the repeated usage of the medicines, you will be developing resistance towards the drug. I would suggest you go with homeopathic treatment which will help you solve the problem from the roots. Please consult a qualified physician near by or take online private consultation on Lybrate to analyze your condition and to resolve the same.

Dear lybrate user,
you should not take the medicine for suppression of skin problem. What do you feel in the fungus area. Is there any bleeding or dandruf, pain etc. Clear your position. At present you may apply calundala q (homeo medicine) in that area thrice daily. After two days call back.

Hello sir,
I must request you to stop using over the counter creams like the one mentioned as it has steroids in it and this will make the infection near persistent. You will need to have a long treatment and under supervision. Kindly consult a dermatologist to help you out with this situation as steroid abuse is likely to cause recurrent infection. Have patience, it will get better.
Best wiahes.

Dear user
that sounds like tinea incognito and strie (skin beyond repair). Continue using plain candid cream not candid-b. Those purple streaks will remain like that.
