Hello Sandy
antifungal tablets or creams would help curb the appearance of infection but can't. stop it from reappearing as it is an internal problem. Skin is prone to infection so u see the rashes. I suggest you go for homeopathic treatment to treat it from inside. Treatment will be long term and will require patience as fungal infections are very stubborn and tend to flare up even after subsiding. meanwhile use a mild soap like peers, avoid scratching, wear loose clothing.
