Dear doctor greetings my wife, 64 years is on pd medication since last 5 years. Presently she is on syndopa plus 1-1-1-1, pramipex er1. 5 mg 1-0-0, pacitane 2 mg 1-1-0, amantrel 100 1-1-1 she has slight dyskinesia since last 6 months. She is able to manage her routine work, despite slight swaying. Our neuro prescribed amantrel 100 to address dyskinesia but we do not see any benefit. Request your opinion. Off late she experiences calf muscle sprain just when she is about to take 2nd dosage of syndopa plus. This sprain lasts for 45 minutes to 1.30 hrs after which she feels relieved & happy our neuro prescribed catch free tab - vitamin supplement. Request opinion exercise 30 minutes in the morning and evening is part of other routine. Doctor sir, replacing syndopa plus with syndopa cr 125 mg only for first dose is of any benefit in addressing calf muscle sprain? Awaiting your valuable response

Hi Zandopa also contains contents similar to Syndopa. So be careful. Increase Ropark to three times a day and see Continue Syndopa and rasagiline. Regards

I have past 5 years nerve pain, muscle tight, join tight sir but I refer neuro physician but after taken test sir told me I was affected by parkinsonism disease. Then sir given tablet names are 1. Syndopa 110, 2. Selegin 5 mg, 3. Betacap 20 mg, 4. Pramipex 0.25 mg, 5. Quical XT and 6. Oxypure - gm and following but still every three hours I feel tight knee pain everyday sir every three hours I have to take syndopa 110. What is the solution for this sir please help me sir.

My father is suffering from Parkinson's disease, still not so big change in my fathers conditions, my father showed to doctor, he's neurosurgeon doctor, my father is taking treatment from 5 years ago, when he takes medicine, he normal and quite healthy little but when medicine nearly finished or finished he feel nervous and totally depress, and always something in mind about medicine or mind not work properly, so pls anybody help me to save my father's life for future, now my father he's taking medicine are as follows 1-parkitidin 100 2-entacom plus 150 3-ropark 0.5 4-syndopa CR 250 All these medicines my father took thrice per day, Just syndopa, he takes in night one medicine before sleep, and else all that 3 medicine 3 times.

I am 72 yrs. Old male. An year ago I used to walk 6 km. Every day in the evenings without any difficulty. But of late I am not able to walk even 3 km. Also I get out of balance very often and likely to fall down. I cannot drive two wheeler. Car I can drive with much strain. I think I am suffering from parkinson' s disease. I am taking syndopa plus 125mg half tab three times in a day half an hour before each meal. Is there any pmt. Remedy. Please advise.

Syndopa is the best medicine available for Parkinson's disease. However the dosing and dosage interval should be individualized based on the need. Even improper dosing and dosage interval may produce poor control. Also there are many other drugs available which could helpful if added to Syndopa judiciously. There is a surgical procedure called DBS is available which can give better result in carefully selected patients.
