Injury may have nothing to do with your cough and fever. I would suggest to visit a physician and get yourself examined. If you are worried about Tetanus, its a common disease in tropical climates caused by spores of tetanus bacilli found commonly in cow/buffalo dung.

If levelers or shutters are used, be sure to clean them weekly with a damp cloth. The crib should be placed away from air vents. A HEPA filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air-filter) can be placed under the crib. The filter will help to decrease airborne allergens such as pollens, mold spores, and animal danders.

Raw, uncooked rice does carry bacteria spores that can cause food poisoning. The spores can survive cooking, but they won't hurt you unless they're given a chance to grow into bacteria.
Desire to consume raw rice or other non-nutritive foods could be an underlying sign of pica, which is a psychological disorder that has been associated with hair loss, fatigue, stomach pain, and iron deficiency anemia.
If you think it is right, pl consult for treatment.
