First of all I wud like to advice you usg whole abdomen and hormonal study.
There are many allopathic medicine to stop bleeding like texakind mf and ethamsylate. You may take any of them to stop loss of blood. Start with raktapradarantak ras 250 mg twice a day with water.
Pushyanug churna 5 to 7 gm twice a day with rice water. If you feel any problem, stop medicines and consult me again with investigation reports for ayurvedic management and diet plan.

Ethamsylate is not the solution. First of all it is necessary to reach the final diagnosis and then u should proceed for the treatment. Sometimes blood vomiting is also due to Acid peptic disorders. So I would advise u not to take oily spicy and junk food. Take proper sleep at night. Take Ayurved treatment to pacify pitta dosha. U may take Syrup Sucralfate before food for few days. Hello! If the bleeding is very severe take Inj Tranexa 1 g right away. If not Tab Trapic with ethamsylate 2 tablets three times a day is the maximum dose. You can take upto 5 days and slowly taper and decrease the dose as per your bleeding. Do check your hemoglobin levels if this is happening constantly and make sure you do not have any contraindications to taking trapic that is conditions which increase risk of clotting.
