Hello, thanks for the query. Taking 2 tablets of metformin usually does not lead to hypoglycemia. Please tell me what were the symptoms he had? Metformin is not known to cause hypoglycemia. If some food is taken or evenif some candy is taken hypoglycemia reduces. Thanks.

NS does not disinfect, but is a good wound cleaner because it is physiologic (similar in pH and salinity to blood). It cleans mucous off well, as well as biofilm, as long as a little friction is also used whereas Betadine, and other traditional antiseptic solutions will kill or inhibit these cells, Antiseptics may be used to clean and reduce bacterial load on the skin.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
If you're sure that the staining is caused by the foods or beverages you're consuming, there's a simple home remedy that can often help whiten them again. Mix baking soda and water, and brush your teeth with it every few days to supplement your typical oral care routine.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
