First and foremost, you need to get your itch jock treated properly by a doctors. Unless and until, fungal infection is not cleared properly, dark spots will persist. There is a need for hygiene practice also like changing inner garments two to three times a day. Keep all inner areas as dry as possible.

HI vivek.. the fungal infection like ringworm or jock itch occur because of weak defense system of the body...
Applying creams and ointment will cure them once but it doesn't make your immune system strong so it will come back again and again....
My suggestion is to take proper internal homoeopathic treatment to cure it permanently....
If you still want to try some creams and ointements then you may...if someone suggests...again the ointments have steroids which is very well known ...more

Hello!
It is very important to maintain vaginal hygiene too. Clean with mild soap and water. Wear loose undergarments. Keep area dry most of times. Pass urine after sexual intercourse.
Maintain good nutrition and stay hydrated.
Use candid v3 vaginal suppositories once every night. If still not reduced, kindly check your rbs- sugar levels once.
