From two weeks ,i had blisters/wound on foot from wearing too tight shoes. I didn't paid much attention and then it started to spread around wound with pus. I started treating myself by cleaning with antibiotic liquid and applying turmeric powder for a day. Seeing no improvement, I asked nearby pharma shop guy and he suggested'mupirocin ointment mupikem'after two days, there is an improvement. But, now the wound is in slight brown red and having redness spread around wound, having slight soreness.

Hii,
from the information provided, it seems like you may have shoebite that got secondarily infected. I would advise you not to go for home remedies, and consult a dermatologist online or offline. Mupirocin is a topical antibiotic, and it can be applied, but inorder to cure completely, you may need oral antibiotics and other medications as well.

I am suffering from boils on butt and it's so painful and pus. Before few days I have done test by stool sample and found bad bacteria on blood and dead skin. Doctor recommend me metronidazole, itraconazole capsules and since ointment but not relief. Please suggest me or recommend some medicine.

the symptoms ,which you are suffering from folliculitis scalp. This is a very chronic problem ,which takes a longer time to resolve. Internal health like diabetes, hypercholestrolemia, atopy ,obesity, diet, stress etc can be associated with folliculitis scalp. I'm 24 years old female. I am having lot of hair fall. My scalp is itchy and it feels as if there is build up on my scalp. When I scratch my hair, I feel small grain like particles. My scalp has some bumps / pimples too. lesions are itchy but not oozing, non tender. No excess oil application. No deficiency as such. Diffuse hairloss. I consulted many doctors but it didn't help. I used topical steroids, ketoconazole shampoo, multivitamins but nothing worked. It's been around 2 years now. My hair are thin and very less remaining. What should I do? I'll be really thankful.

Hi lybrate-user! sorry to hear your negative response ,even though you have consulted many doctors. Diffuse hair loss is a difficulty entity, which needs to be thoroughly evaluated. Hormonal problems like pcod ,thyroid problems, genetic issues etc need to be checked. Moreover depending on your history, you are also suffering from folliculitis scalp (bumps on the scalp). Hello sir/mam I am 21 years old. I am facing some skin issues. My scalp have dandruff I think. It's not visible in hairs but it's visible in my nails when I am itching. I don't have any hard itching issues. Also my chest and shoulders have pimples and it's changing to dark spots after days. And face have pimples and dark spots. My face is not smooth. Face skin have micro colourless pimples more in between eyebrows and hair. My skin is highly oily skin. I used ketafung shampoo and vitamin tablets for scalp. Nothing changed more. I spent above 2000/- for doctor fee and medicines. I can't afford in this situation. Also I interested to know about the good and bad foods effecting this issue. Kindly waiting for yours reply. All these pimples are due to dandruff only. Do oiling overnite. Apply kevon lotion on your scalp in morning and wash thoroughly after 15 minutes. Repeat this for thrice a week. Don't apply any oil or serum after washing your scalp.

I am having a boil at the base of the penis where there are hairs. It was itching so I scratched and some pubic hairs were uprooted. Where they were uprooted a boil has appeared. Its a pus filled boil which pains when touched. This happens to me all the time. Whenever I scratch some pubic hairs are uprooted and that place has a boil. Mostly this boil remains till 10 days and then it bursts open with lot of pus and blood oozing out and whenever I clean it I apply soframycin there and it heals in 2 days. Why this keeps happening? Is it normal?

From your history, could able to know that you are suffering from folliculitis /furunculosis - a bacterial infection. This can become a chronic problem ,which can take a longer time to resolve not treated at right time.
