from the information provided, it seems like you may have shoebite that got secondarily infected. I would advise you not to go for home remedies, and consult a dermatologist online or offline. Mupirocin is a topical antibiotic, and it can be applied, but inorder to cure completely, you may need oral antibiotics and other medications as well.

the symptoms ,which you are suffering from folliculitis scalp. This is a very chronic problem ,which takes a longer time to resolve. Internal health like diabetes, hypercholestrolemia, atopy ,obesity, diet, stress etc can be associated with folliculitis scalp. Hi lybrate-user! sorry to hear your negative response ,even though you have consulted many doctors. Diffuse hair loss is a difficulty entity, which needs to be thoroughly evaluated. Hormonal problems like pcod ,thyroid problems, genetic issues etc need to be checked. Moreover depending on your history, you are also suffering from folliculitis scalp (bumps on the scalp).
