Good afternoon. If you have have 'jock itch' you have made it much worse by self medicating with clobeta and betamethasone creams. Oral medication is most likely necessary. Consult a qualified dermatologist to ensure proper examination and treatment. Unfortunately, if it is extensive jock itch, no home remedies will work.

The answer is you are suffering from as scrotal dermatitis. It may not be fungal or it is fungal plus damage to skin because of itching. It will take some time but will come under control. 1) Stop all applications
2) Use Aveeno lotion once a day to repair the damaged skin
