There are number of possibilities if you don't stop it. You have an addiction of masturbation which is bad for your mental health. You may face concentration issues. Your sex life may get affected due to this and you may also face erection problems. Avoid doing it by engaging yourself in things that you love to do. From your information it seems that though icsi was successful, the embryo could not attach itself to the uterus and hence could not grow further. In that case, it would be better to tray again in next cycle once things settle down.
