Retinal vasculitis in one condition which is usually idiopathic (that is without any discernible cause). Although alcohol does not feature amongst common causes for retinal vasculitis but it would be difficult to rule interaction with other drugs that you might be taking or otherwise as a causative factor in rarest case.

Retinal detachment is an emergency eye condition in which the retina at the back of the eye gets separated from the surrounding tissue and pulls away from its normal position.
