I have seen the details mentioned. The information given is inadequate. It would have been better if you had mentioned t3 & t4 levels (at the time of diagnosis), weight & height as well as lipid profile.
As regards high number of anti tpo antibodies, usually there is no separate medication to treat hypothyroidism caused by hashimoto's thyroiditis (ht).

Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. I have seen the query. However, there is no specific information on either tsh t4 levels. Without knowing those it is not possible to give any opinion. The words like "increasing levels or normal level" do not give any idea of the exact situation.
