Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. Your TSH has again gone quite low. So stop taking Levothyroxine for the time being. TSH ideally should be around 2 to 4 mU/L at which all the symptoms are in check. Once you stop levothyroxine, TSH will will go p over next few weeks. You may check the same again after 6 to 8 weeks and see if it has come up to the desired level. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Madam in hypothyroidism TSH goes above the normal range. Usually when TSH is > 10 mU/L then treatment is started. With adequate dosage of Levothyroxine TSH level is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L In uncontrolled hypothyroidism some patients do suffer with anxiety also. Therefore, maintaining TSH as mentioned above is very important. As regards taking Ashwagandha, there is no harm in taking it along with Levothyroxine. Thanks.

The first and most important thing is control of your thyroid problem. Correct your diet. Consume plenty of pulses, legumes, sprouts, grams, soya and nuts. If you r nonvegetarian, have meat, fish, milk and milk products in plenty. Drink lots of water. Avoid stressing over your hair fall since dopamine released can decrease hair further. Stay away from chemicals like hair dyes, bleaches. Avoid straighteners and hot combs. Overwashing and overshampooing can make your hair fall. Wash your hair twic...more

You mentioned only TSH level you didn't mention T3 T4 level. Based on which medication should be started. Thyroxin is what is present in body and levothyroxin is synthetic version of thyroxin what companies produce. Please don't start any such tablets on your own without a doctors advice. Feel free to contact me here if you have any queries anytime with reports.

It's in upper range. What other symptoms r you having with this. Actually it depends on symptoms.
It's better that you ask your physician (MD medicine) for this.
Otherwise you can control this with lifestyle changes also
1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in ...more
