Paracetamol for fever and antihistamines for cold will be helpful during acute phase.
Increase ur immunity by having healthy diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest.

Hai, please don't give paracetamol and ibuprofen at same time. If fever is more than 101 f, please give ibuprofen. If less than that give plain paracetamol.

Paracetamol is the preferred drug for fevers. But combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen are available for use in fever and pain. It depends on the cause of fever too

Mr. Lybrate-user, paracetamol is an antipyretic and analgesic, meaning it reduces fever and pain like headache, body ache etc.
Diabetes usually does not produce any symptoms, that is why many people do not come to know about its presence. When fully developed may cause excessive urination, excessive hunger, excessive thirst, unexplained weight loss and tiredness.
For controlling headache painkillers can be used.

You have to take proper treatment. Only paracetamol wont help. You can take sanjeevani. Vishamjwarantak. Godanti and giloy satwa with honey 4 times a day.
