You have an infection and if it is only a viral fever you need not do anything in particular and only take paracetamol 4 times a day and drink lot of water. If not relieved, you need antibiotics as secondary bacterial infection might have set in.

Migraine cannot be cured. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them.
Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco.

You can see dolo is paracetamol but the dose is important. Paracetamol can be taken in 500 mg too. And other doses. But do try to have gap of atleast 6 hours between two pcm doses.

The exact cause of one day old fever is very difficult to find. Respiratory tract infection especially upper may be possible cause. WIDAL takes 1 week to be positive. Continue Cefixime and Paracetamol. Consult doctor if no relief after 4-5 days.
