I suggest you yo see a dentist and get your tooth treated as there will be only temporary relief of medication .there will be relief only if you remove the cause of pain which in your case may be the tooth .moreover, prescription of medication without seeing the case is not advisable. Yes a paracetamol be given after 1 hour of sumo (paracetamol 325 mg 100 mg nimesulide) if fever does not decrease . you may also need antibiotics if you have infection of the chest or anywhere
