During pregnancy many medications are not safe but paracetamol 1 gm as and when needed with antisickness tablets like prochloperazine can be helpful. Ensure plenty of fluids. Very severe cases can be treated with greater occipital nerve block injection during pregnancy. Very rarely, sumatriptan can be used to treat migraine in pregnancy.
